Bottle thanks to HogtownHarry! Thank you for my first Kolsch! Pours sparkling yellow with a short lived white fizz, leaving some lace. Aromas are super grassy/hay, with hops and dough coming through towards the end. Tastes pretty grassy/herbal, with a decent hops bite and bitterness mid way, finishing very sharply. Pretty good actually. I could see myself getting into this for a summer ber. Too bad it isn’t available to me normally. Thank you very much for your generosity Harry.

Clear light gold with a fluffy white head. Solid carbonation. Pretty beer. Sweet, fruity nose, malty, some toffee notes. Flavor is similar to the nose, plus a decnt herbal hop bite.

Light yellow colour, light white head. <!-- I -->Odeur<!-- /I --> of banana and grain, corn. Surprisingly thick palate, tart grain with mold.

Clear light orange color with a thin white head. Sweet fruity aroma. Light sweet fruity flavors.

Usual Koelsch pour, golden yellow with a nice frothy white head and lots of carbonation. Decent head retention, lots of lacing. The aroma was floral hoppy with some fruitiness. The flavor featured these same two elements at the fore, definite floral and perfumey notes, almost a turn off at first. After a few sips, a bit of honey and apples mixed in to calm down the hot estery fruits and floral aspects. There was even a little hop zing in the finish that caused me to warm up to this. I’d have to try it again to bump it any higher, but it didn’t finish nearly as weakly as it finished. Mouthfeel was light, crisp, but refreshing.

Bottle. Golden clear colour with a huge white mostly lasting head. Aroma and taste of hops and malts. good beer.

Nice Kolsch. Brillant yellow with fine white head of foam. Refreshing clean with grainy malt flavor and slight bitter dryness. Finishes clean and crisp. Good session beer.

Pours a pale yellow with white head that fades. It has a faint malty scent. Light body, with light hints of malt with a slight nuttyness. Light hoppy dry finish. Not much distinct, drinkable but not memorable.
