2003 Vintage - More head than any other Gale’s I ahve ever seen, though it is still not very large. Cloudy amber-brown. Cinnnamon, spices and plastic dominate the aroma. Light caramel sweetness. Flavor is more sweet but spice is the story here. Full syrupy palate. Too much spice for me.

Pours amber/red in color. Slight raspberry in nose with alot of raisin. Taste was all raisin for me, which I am not a fan of. Dry sour finish. Just o.k.

Bottle. Wine-like, sour aroma. Some port flavour. Not very much carbonation. Strange beer, but not bad in small quantities.

Bottle. Lots of spice in the aroma. Raisin notes in aroma and flavor. Medium bodied. Long bitter hop finish.
