Dec 16, 2001 Very pale yellow; grassy aroma with some sour pear, and hay; very light body, overcarbonated, slightly soapy texture to the thin head; no malt at all, and only a hint of grassy hoppiness; some plastic undertones; harsh chemical aftertaste. Normally this brewery’s beers are at least clean, so this is definitely sub-par by Guatemalan standards.
