cellar (261), Dublin, Ireland Jul 13, 2008 @ Bull&Castle, Dublin: Clear golden with tiny head, notes of fruit, citrus and hops, bitter taste and no aftertaste. KM (137), Tromsø, Norway May 28, 2008 Tap. Nice medium brown body. Small white lasting head. Quite heavy aroma of fruits. Fresh heavy fruity flavour, which is a bit sourish too. Very good and refreshing. Light sweet finish with a tad bitterness. (Porterhouse, Dublin, 07.05.08) KnutAlbert (2122), Oslo, Norway Apr 18, 2008 Updated: Apr 23, 2008Keg at Bull and Castle, Dublin.
Lovely IPA, refreshing with lots of hops. Grass, flowers and bitterness. Lingering finish. This would be great with food.
I find no flaws with this beer, a bottle conditioned version should sell well abroad. larsga (2098), Oslo, Norway Mar 24, 2008 Medium shiny creamy white head lasts forever. Very light copper body. Faint fruity honeyish resiny aroma, very harmonic, with floral strawberry notes. Dry-sweet floral fruity honeyish resiny taste with strawberry notes. Dry grain wooden mealy roasty aftertaste. Sharpish mouthfeel. Very nice! (0.33l draft, Bull & Castle, Dublin, St. Patrick’s Day.) Daithi8640862 (23), Dublin, Ireland Feb 18, 2008 This is a great tasting pale ale. A lovely copper colour when pours with a balanced biscuity taste in the mouth and lovely hoppy finish on the palate
