This pale ale with nice malty tones really does have something to contribute to the pale ale constellation. It’s a brand new brewery, only around since the summer of 2006. I expect great things from them.

Lovely IPA, refreshing with lots of hops. Grass, flowers and bitterness. Lingering finish. This would be great with food.
I find no flaws with this beer, a bottle conditioned version should sell well abroad. KM (145), Tromsø, Norway May 28, 2008 Tap. Nice medium brown body. Small white lasting head. Quite heavy aroma of fruits. Fresh heavy fruity flavour, which is a bit sourish too. Very good and refreshing. Light sweet finish with a tad bitterness. (Porterhouse, Dublin, 07.05.08) Wobbler (46), Ireland Jun 11, 2007 Unfortunately there are few enough really good Irish brews. This is one of them and unusually it isn’t a stout. Quite low in alcohol with lots of (American? Cascade?) hop biterness this is a real treat. Daithi8640862 (23), Dublin, Ireland Feb 18, 2008 This is a great tasting pale ale. A lovely copper colour when pours with a balanced biscuity taste in the mouth and lovely hoppy finish on the palate
