Bottle brown, 500 ml, 11 P
Appearance: Pours nice, full golden, perfectly clear and moderately carbonated body with frothy, dense, regular and snowy white head leaving nice lacing, head is initially moderate and stable, very impressive and slowly secreasing to small.
Aroma: Very hars chalky front, easily distinguishable barley - grains at the background, clean and crisp, moderate hoppy, herbal aroma, some bitterness, clean and simple, typical aroma of quite noble Bhemian Pilsenser, still not the best, moderat in its style.
Flavour: Very nice fat malty, pure barley grainy, easily going, well balanced on palate, really well pronounced flavour, comfortably malty sweet, comfortably salty, comfortably bitter with clean, grainy, chalky finish. Finish duration is quite long.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is chalky, moderate astringent, quite clean and pleasant. MiP (9093), Sřnderborg, Denmark
