Mar 30, 2009 On Tap at Urquell during RBESG 2008. Hazy golden colour, small creamy white head. Aroma is quite much yeasty along with strong maltyness. Flavour is quite much the same with some rather sweet hints. Not too much hops, but has some slight bitter grassyness in the finish. As it warmed up it got some slight metallic notes.

Dec 15, 2008 From tap bottle at the brewery tour. Pours hazy to murky orange with a creamy and lacing white head. Aroma is mild yeasty, light hoppy and malt aroma. Flavour is light cornish sweet and with a light acidity to a mild bitterness showing through. Ends mild fruity and light bitter.

Dec 15, 2008 On tap at Urquell. Reputedly 5.6% ABV. Hazy golden with a dense off-white head. Clean malty nose. Medium body, fairly sweet malts and a dry finish without much hops. Sweet and quaffable. 270608

Sep 12, 2008 on tap during rbesg08 in the urquell tasting room and at the gambrinus day in plzen’s main square recently. unfiltered, surprisingly hazy golden at the gambrinus day but i was getting the dregs of the keg. hints of banana yeastiness in the aroma, some metallic hop and light lemonade flavour with faint yeast tartness. apparently this will get a wider release soon. it all seems pretty weird that gambrinus are trying to make an upmarket beer. what next? cans of tesco kvasnicovy 14 degree?
