| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 15, 2007 Pours a golden colour (darker than the avarage pilsener) and has a white head that sticks to the side of the glass. There’s a nice grassy, slightly hoppy aroma with just a hint of corianda. The taste is definitely stronger than most pilseners with a nice initial bitterness followed by a malty sweetness. I really rate this beer as one of the nicest pilseners I’ve ever had. stouby (1948), Holbaek, Denmark

Nice distinctive hoppy aftertaste with a bit more fizz than most czech beers, but not too much. thewolf (5765), Kolding, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 5, 2007 Bottle, bought in Hamburg. Pours a dark yellow with a small creamy white head with loads of lacing. Aroma has a doughy character and lots of Saaz hops. Fresh and prickly mouthfeel. Quite sugary sweet to begin with then a nice amount of dry hoppiness at the end. M0RHI (1067), Luxembourg, Luxembourg
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 30, 2007 Bottle. Clear yellowy gold with a thin white head. Hop nose with some dullness, not sweet, just dull. Mouth is much the same, the hops attack initially, but then leave a dull, dusty mouth, slightly sweet, but nondescript. Overly fizzy with some herby aftertaste, but again, mixed herbs, not standing out. Bit dull, but it was alright. Easy to drink, I guess. TheGrandMaster (1862), Auckland, New Zealand

I drank this little number whilst in Prague in July 07. It was readily available adn cheap - at one bar, I had a pint for about 40p. It aint of the same quality as Urquell or Star, but pretty good, when one considers the price - and lets not forget the sort of shit, one would drink on their hols in places like Greece, Spain and Portugalia.
