May 30, 2004 The owner pulled a tap beer specially for me in a pot stopper bottle, so that I could taste it at home. It only lasted until Würgau, where I tasted it in my hotel room. Golden color. Malty aroma and flavor with some hop presence. Barnyard aroma and flavor, even a bit sulphury. Typical hells from a very small Franconian brewery. It’s not clean, but there is always something interesting in the flavor that makes tasting worthwile.
