Oct 6, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear orangey brown with an off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt and a little flowery hops. Medium body with sweetish roasted malt and some sulphurous notes. The finish is dry with a bitter touch. 041008

Oct 4, 2008 Bottle, 5.5%. Very weak aroma, bready, perhaps with a hint of berries. Clear brown colour. Weak roasted flavour, bready and slightly vinous. A bit boring, but clean.

Sep 4, 2008 (bottle) Clear, reddish amber colour with a big, slightly beige foamy head. Sweet, slightly toasty malt aroma, slightly nutty with hints of diacetyl. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly toasty and nutty taste, sweet and slightly bitter finish with a whiff of herbal hops and light notes of caramel in the aftertaste. Rather unconvincing (21.11.07).

Nov 24, 2007 Bottle: Clear, amber coloured, small and persistent off-white head with a little lace; malty nose with molecular traces of dark-malt and a sourish-grainy touch; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; light sweet-bitter finish. Tastes like a coloured Helles, not very typical for a Dunkles.........
