Papsoe (10267), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 6, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) A clear yellow beer with a dense white head. Aroma of malt and a little flowery hops. Medium body with sweet malts and a whiff of butter. Dry finish with a discreet bitterness. 041008 MiP (6018), Flensburg, Germany Oct 4, 2008 Bottle, 4.9%. Almost clear pale yellow colour. The flavour is malty with a grainy hoppiness, not sour though. Thin but clean. MoritzF (3883), Ruhrpott, Germany Sep 4, 2008 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized, non-persistent foamy white head. Quite shy aroma, buttery malty with a light touch of woody hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, slightly crispy mouthfeel. Malt-accented, slightly buttery and a bit papery taste; almost dry, malty finish with balancing herbal hops and a moderate bitterness. Okay (25.05.07). omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Mar 18, 2008 Updated: Apr 28, 2008Bottled. Clear golden, rich head. Grassy, grainy nose. Dry, yet soft and firm with medium body. Grassy hops balances a wonderfully well structured buttery malty back bone. Finishes with marked but balanced bitterness. Very drinkable and excellently balanced. pivnizub (3871), Porúří, Germany May 27, 2007 Bottle: Small creamy head, golden coloured, sweet-malty and grainy nose with oaky hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium-body, detectable malty base; slightly lingering bitter-malty finish. A well crafted, a bit "bohemian-like" Pilsener..........
