Moderately sweet bready and slightly grainy aroma with a whiff of cara-malt and balanced herbal hops, plus a rural touch of barnyard. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation and a well-matured mouthfeel. Robust malty, bready taste with a touch of cara-malt and rounded spicy, herbal notes; moderately dry, light sweet finish with a rounded bitterness and a light but still present herbal hops character. A very pleasant brew with Landbier-characteristics.
