Apr 30, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Weak citric aroma. Clear golden colour, does not look very naturtrüb, but they insist this is the one. Mild flavour, a little grainy with a faint hint of aroma hops. Quite clean beer. The hops are a little astringent.

Aug 22, 2007 (33cl bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Yeasty, grassy and herbal hops aroma with a light-sweet malty background and notes of barnyard. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, well-matured, crispy carbonated mouthfeel. Yeasty, soft-malty taste with notes of hay and herbal hops. Dry, yeasty and hop-bitter finish with a light grassy touch. Pleasant Zwickel version of the Gansbräu Pils.
