May 11, 2008 Bottle, 5.0%. Pale golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour starts off a little yeast, but that is quickly gone. Then follows a distinct bitterness, slightly astringent. There is a hint of fruit, but a very clean flavour.

Nov 12, 2007 Bottle (bought at the brewery): Hazy, pale golden, mid-sized, slowly collapsing white head, grainy-dusty nose with traces of a grassy bitterness in the second row; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; aromatic hops detectable in the moderate sweet-bitter finish. No outstanding aroma, but a quite good Pilsner taste...........

Oct 22, 2007 Bottle. Bready aroma with light aroamtics.Hazy golden, fine champagne bubbles, somewhat unstable layering head. Solid malt base with a fine aromatic hop counterplay. Mellow sparkling mouthfeel on a solid body. Herbal and aromatic aftertaste. Nice.

Aug 22, 2007 (bottle, bought at the brewery) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head with lace. Grassy and slightly herbal hops aroma with a soft malty background and notes of horseblanket. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Quite hops accented grassy and herbal taste on a soft malty base, dry and herbal hoppy finish with a hop bitter aftertaste. Good but not perfectly balanced.
