Bottle of Gans Tripel 2000, 8.2% alcohol, at Arendsnest. High alcohol scent. Cherry, dark fruity flavours. Fruity, caramel-flavour. Syrupy, almost Cognac.

Bottle jan ’01. Chocolate and porto aroma and flavor. The beer starts to lose some body, but still is very lively. Bitter chocolate and grapes aftertaste.
