Oct 29, 2006 (bottle, with thanks to DerDoppelbock) Clear, golden colour with a creamy white foam. Rather dense, light-sweet grainy aroma. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, malty taste with a restrained fruitiness, fizzy palate; quite slim and short, slightly bitter finish. Mediocre Kölsch.

Sep 16, 2005 Bottle. Gold with a small off-white head. Aromas are grain and pepper with a thin caramel base. Flavours are light malts with pepper and and a prickly carbonated palate. Some caramel is present but not much else. Quite dry on the finish. Drinkable.

Dec 12, 2003 Bottle. Less impressive than most kolsch beers that I've tried. This was very fizzy, with small bubbles popping on your tongue throughout the tasting. This has a tinge of sweetness, and a slight malty flavour on the back of your tongue; but otherwise there is little flavour and this is noether light nor smooth. Good lacing, but that aside, it's average.
