Jun 10, 2007 Generous effervescence feeds the lasting white foam that covers the pale yellow beer.. A rather grassy nose makes this kölsch feel less clean and successful at malt extracting than the majority. Its malts come across sweeter than most with vanilla ice cream suggestions on top of the classic graininess. The intense carbonation does not quite cut this impression. Under average.

Mar 25, 2007 Good, irregularily build yellowish head over well-carbonated straw-golden beer. Grain, CO², mown grass and young hard cheese as jonge Gouda. Sharpish grassy taste, followed by sweet, lightly toasted malts. Fairly dry finish. Light to medium bodied, grist slickness. Decent if nothing more Kölsch, seemingly slightly sturdier than most. Oct 29, 2006 (bottle, with thanks to DerDoppelbock) Clear, golden colour with a creamy white foam. Rather dense, light-sweet grainy aroma. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, malty taste with a restrained fruitiness, fizzy palate; quite slim and short, slightly bitter finish. Mediocre Kölsch.

Sep 16, 2005 Bottle. Gold with a small off-white head. Aromas are grain and pepper with a thin caramel base. Flavours are light malts with pepper and and a prickly carbonated palate. Some caramel is present but not much else. Quite dry on the finish. Drinkable.
