Lovely fruity caramel aroma. Astonishingly mildly hopped. The fruityness of the beer comes through in a pleasant way. Low carbonation. Aroma of herbs, floral, toasted bread, and citrus. Flavor of mild hops (herbal, floral, grassy) with a bitter finish. Ungstrup (11396), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 14, 2007 Cask at GBBF 2007. A hazy copper colored beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of hops and grass. The flavor is sweet and very grassy, but also with notes of grapefruit, leaiding to a very bitter finish. Nice.
