Jun 1, 2009 Hazy darker yellow coloured beer with small white head and only few carbonation (floks of yeast viisible). A yeasty fruity aroma. Full saprkling palate. Finish is sweet a bit bitter too ending a dry leaving a spicy taste in the mouth.

Taste is moderately sweet, lemon, yeasty. Medium body, light effervescence. "Wit"-tish, no hint that the ABV is over 6.

May 19, 2009 bottle, pours hazy golden blond with a tall frothy white head. Floral hop, peppery spice and a lemon note in the aroma......smells great. Sweet malt, some sour orange and a yeasty/spicey finish that lingers for a while. Mouthfeel is smooth and wet in the finish. Nice blond.
