11.3 oz bottle Deep brown beer with a light ruddy tint and a thick tan head. The aroma is quite tart. Lost of lactic/citric character over a soft sweet plummy fruitiness. There is a bit of sweetness along with a light cherry aroma. A touch of clove and spice behind the fruit and plummy malts. Fairly acidic and tart. As it warms there is a touch of coffee and cocoa, and the sweetness picks up significantly. It gets a little bit more balanced as the temperature keep rising. It’s not bad, but it’s not really a quad either... sort of a strong ale/flemish red hybrid.

330ml Bottle: Aroma of yeast, slight alcohol, and a hint of sour fruit. Poured mahogany brown in color with a medium to large-sized, dense, tan head that diminished but lasted throughout. Opaque. Sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of fruit, red wine, malts, yeast, a hint of chocolate, cherry, caramel, slight sour mix, light wood, and some citric acid. Light to medium body. Thin, dry texture. Soft carbonation. Sweet, vinous, slightly chocolate-malty finish is dry.

Poured a hazed brown-amber color with a beige head. Fruity/prune aroma with a mild tartness and some cocoa powder. Yeasty character when warmed. Light tartness to the sweet fruit flavor making almost juice like. Short flavor. Medium bodied with some warmth.

Bottle pours medium brown with some haze to it. Again, very carbonated, Sweet malt aromas with some breadiness in there. Medium sweet body with some chocolate and caramel. A good bit of sourness to this one. Really 12%? Way too easy to drink for 12%. One of the better quads I have had.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazy orange-to-red body with a small off-white ring. Aroma of dark and rotting fruits, hop bitterness everywhere, alcohol and honey. Taste is sweet with lingering rotting fruits and a fair amount of acetaldehyde (green apple). Syrupy mouthfeel, light bubbles...
