The flavor is sweet with notes of berries - especially cherries, as well as alcohol and prunes, leading to a slightly acidic and fruity end. Papsoe (14996), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Mahogany brown and filtered with bubbly carbonation, but not much of a head. Has Gaverhopke’s slightly sour and fruity character. I believe they’ve used some spices, but can’t tell which. It’s been a while since I’ve had a Belgion 12. And this is definitely one of the sneaky ones. I don’t sense the alcohol at all. Yeast sediment in the bottle. 220804 omhper (12224), Stockholm, Sweden

Bottle, 12%. Sweet malty aroma, dried fruit. Cloudy red amber colour. Very sweet flavour, also quite sour. The alcohol does not show much, perhaps the nasties have ruined it all. Infected. x x x x x oh6gdx (8839), Vasa, Finland
