Dec 12, 2009 Hot from tap, Kerstbier Festival 2009. Pours murky dark orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma is spiced and apple. Sweet malty, spiced and light cherry fruity flavoured. Lingering spiced and sweet flavoured. Nice spice note.

Dec 16, 2008 65 degrees from thermos at 14e Kerstbierfestival, Essen. Cloudy red amber with almost no head. Nice cinnamon and yeasty aroma. Spicy and vinous flavours with lots of cinnamon. Why not.

Dec 14, 2008 <i> Tasted really hot. Would you believe it from me? </i> Murky orange-amber; bit like hot strawtea. B.C.”H.”. Hot bread, some spices, warm worts. Hot worts, tasting a bit warm, spiced bread, gingerbread, with sucade, childrens’ drink. Sweet, with a litte sourish edge on the palate. And it’s warm. Where are the cherries, bl**dy hell?!
