Muddy red amber with no head. Sour cherry and vinegar aroma. Malty flavour with a hint of fruity tartness.

bottle from Délices et Caprices, Brussels pours hazy orange, thin white head. aroma, light cherries, with some sournss,yeasty and hoppy. taste, yeasty is present with some light sour cherries, add some acidic tingly palate. Finish is rather weak in cherries, with some sourness lasting but not overpowering. Some faint caramel hins sem to follow every sips.

Bottle that I picked up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Belgium. Consumed at Campsite in Koksidje, Belgium 12-06-09. Pours hazy orange amber with slim off-white head. The aroma is undeniably fruity with a definate touch of sweet cherries and some yeast. Soft mouthfeel, cherries showing but not as sharp as I expected and it was quite nice to have a sweeter cherry beer, there may well be more than a nod of artificialness about this but I liked it so don’t really give a toss. I enjoyed this it was uncomplicated and drinkable. A7 A4 F8 P4 Ov15 3.8

(330ml bottle) Pours a lightly hazy red body with a small pinkish off-white head. Aroma of sweet cherries, earth, and sugar. Flavor of cherries, artificial sweetener, and yeast.

(33cl bottle) Slightly hazy, slightly reddish amber colour with an off-white frothy head of medium size. Dusty and slightly sourish, faint fruity aroma with a slightly toasted and rather strong spicy note. Sourish flavour, surprisingly light bodied with a harsh carbonation. Moderate cherry character with lighter beery attributes; sourish and slightly tart and spicy finish. Sorry but this one is pretty unconvincing (28.V.09).

bottle, pours hazy orange with a tall off white head, good lacing. Sour wild yeast aroma, mildly spicey with some cherry notes. Soft cherry syrup body that is also malty but not very sour at all. Only a mild sourness in the finish. Could be better.

It is reddish, but not as red as expected. The head is creamy and slightly pink. The aromas has notes of berries, sourness and a light sweetness. The flavour has a light sweetness and light notes of cherries with sourness and yeast. It is weak, and most of all only sour, and with that ABV I expected a lot more from this one.

Bottle at the brewery. Slight orange pink gold colour with thin off white head. Some slight cherry fruit edge. Over carbonated. Its an ok slightly fruity beer.
