Bottled. An unclear golden beer with some sediment floating around under a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruit. And the flavor is sweet malty with notes of fruit.

(Bottled, BBE 09/2012) Hazy golden with a small, partly lasting head. Aroma of honeyish malt, yeast, sourish notes of lime and orange, lightly grainy malt. Orange-fruity, sourish and mellow flavor with berries and yeasty hints. Medium body with low, soft carbonation. A smooth and mellow, sourish brew. Surprisingly sahti-like, almost like baking yeast had been used in brewing.

bottle, pours light gold, thin white head. Metallic malt and floral hop aroma. Sour malt body that balances between lemon peel and hay with some almond notes. Ends with a light hop bitterness that lingers for a little while but keeps the mouth dry. Moderate in carbonation. Nice and simple beer.

Bottle at the brewery. Clear gold, thin off white head. Dusty spice aroma, spicy in mouth. Cloves. Not a great beer. Spice is too much, not over the top, but just not good.

A Mes rate. Bottle at the brewery. Slightly hazy dark yellow with a decent white head. Nice creamy yeast nose with some good spice and hints of spruce. Tarty lemon flavour with a reasonably high level of spice. Quite thick in the mouth. Maybe too much lemon for me. Not bad though.
