Bottle. Aroma of graham cracker and Italian bread malt with some sour lemon notes, or maybe apricot, bordering on yogurty and barnyardy. Flavor the same, great malty, grainy complexity with those distinctly funky, yeasty notes and continuing sour fruitiness. Quite dry. Lovely.

Hazy golden orange beer with nice off white head. Soft fruity aroma with a nice zesty twang, some cereals, bread, spices and hops. Taste round with some heat, spices, bread, malts and some nice bitters in the end.

A.K.A. Singing Blond. Pours a fogged in orange gold with a thin creme head. Mild sour nose. Fruit is also there. At first when I poured it I wanted to say it was apricots. But alas we have moved on to minor funk. Flavor is superb. Smooth. Mature fruit tones and sweetness. A slightly firm acidity barely appears. Minor funky. It’s all mixed and mashed together beautifully though and seems to go funky on my mouth one time and then fruity the next. Just clings to the next bit of character and you get a real smooth ride of flavor. Feel has a carbonation that bites too much at the tongue, but it isn’t enough to interfere with the flavor. Damn. This is good. I mean, really good.

330mL Bottle: Pour is cloudy gold/orange w/ a creamy white head. Aroma is full of wholesome goodness. Yeast, light clove, pepper/spice & some citrus. Flavor very much follows the aroma w/ the addition of light spicy hops. Light & creamy mouthfeel. Dry w/ a briefly bitter finish that turns sweet. Alcohol is well hidden. Very enjoyable beer.

Bottle from Kris Wines, London. Cloudy, orangey amber with a violent head. Complex fruity aroma, marrying orange zest to spices and yeastiness. Orange zest flavours, some breadiness and spices. Semi-sweet with warming alcohol. A welcome newcomer.
