Clear golden color with a thin creamy white head with good lacing. Should have more carbonation in my opinion. Smells malts, grain and apples. Flavor of sweet malt (almost sherry like) and alcohol. Loads of alcohol (too much of a presence). Soft mouthfeel. Alcoholic aftertaste. Overall, an interesting beer, enyoable if you drink it slowly, with a bit too much of alcoholic prensence. Best served extremely cold (I guess). It is nice though to be able to find lagers that strong.

Bottled. Golden. unclear. Small off white head. Dense aroma of ripe fruits (apples) and alcohol. Some marzipan. Flavour is very sweet and almost sherry like. Again loads of alcohol notes. Quite smooth mouthfeel. Meduím bodied. Ends on a sharp alcholdominated note. Not a winner in my book. Might get you buzzed though.

Blonde colour, small head.the aroma is too much alcoholic, and so is the to sweetish flavour. Not a great beer, but one of the best if you want to get drunk quickly...

33 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Golden clear colour with a little weak head. Aroma of sweet malt alcohol and grains. Very much flavour of alcohol with a touch of sweet malt, very strong and unpleasant.

Beer 4 Summer 2006 trip in Europe. Drank on 6/29/06 in bottle at Hall’s Beer Tavern in Paris, France. This brew is extremely alcholic in taste and is not very appealing in any way except getting a person drunk.

This beer had very little flavor to combat its high alcohol content. The aroma of alcohol is overwhelming and the beer’s overall creativity is unimaginative.

Bottle. Limpid golden body with moderate carbonation and a nice white foamy head. Boring malty aroma with some CO2/metallic notes. However, alcohol is surprisingly well hidden. Taste also lacks complexity. It is dominated by maltiness and carries some light honeyish hints. Alcohol is not hidden as well as in the aroma. Without being bad, this is far from being a great beer.
