Bottle.Golden amber color. Smells of malts and butter. Taste has spices, vanilla and butter, pretty smooth and calm beer even with its higher alcohol content. .

Bottle courtesy of Tony at OTH. Pours golden blonde, thick white head. Aroma is malty and yeasty for a dry finish. Not my favorite offering from this brewery. Would love to try it again.

Bottle - 750mL - corked and caged. Pours a soft amber. Small white head forms. Aroma is soft peppery spice, earthy and spicy hops, yeast and some musty and dusty notes. There’s touches of caramel and grains as well. Taste is spicy and lightly herbal with more earthy and spicy hops, some lightly floral hops and light caramel. There’s some grain and yeast as well, but it gets interesting as some Asian food-like flavors begin to appear. So much so that I think this would pair very well with Asian food. Body is light-medium, lively and has a somewhat dense carbonation. Finishes with more spicy notes, caramel, Asian food, grasses, floral notes and yeast.

Crystal clear golden color with thin white head. Aroma is Belgian spicy yeast - slightly sweet, a touch floral. Flavor is spicy - maybe some Saaz hops? Fairly dry, decent hop bitter but overall very well balanced witha big malt presence. Finish is fairly dry, but not crisp. Some notes of vanilla and honey also present.
