Apr 2, 2008 750ml bottle. Nose is almost nonexistent, pour is very clear but the taste is surprisingly yeasty with coriander and ester- clean tasting. Smooth and easy drinking. Solid but not really complex.

Mar 29, 2008 Bottle... Clear yellow ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Great retention. Pale grains and spices (lavender and coriander) dominate the olfactory system. Medium to full-bodied and syrupy with prickly carbonation. Sweet, spicy flavor up front; herbal bitterness on the backside. Spicy, bittersweet finish.

Mar 24, 2008 Clear straw body, medium-thick off-white head. Herbal nose with spicy hops, biscuity, with dusty esters. Very dry body of modest complexity, with floral/potpourri notes, chalky esters, and biscuit. Crisp carbonation. Relatively light body finishes bitter with fairly strong alcohol notes. Mediocre.

Mar 24, 2008 (Canned) Golden colored with huge white head. Sweet and spiced, fruity and somehow sour aroma with metallic hints. Medium bodied. Flavor is richer with sweet caramel and some oaky tone, also fruits, hops and mild alcohol present here. Aftertaste is hopped still with this honeyish sweetness.
