Nov 18, 2007 Bière dorée plutôt foncée, presque de teinte ambrée. Très limpide. Au service, le col est discrèt et disparait en peu de temps. L’effervescence est faible.
L’arôme est d’abord sucré, fruité, mielleux, un peu floral.
Au goût, on note les fruits blans délicats et liquoreux : poire, raisins verts, lichis. On apperçoit les céréales derrière un goût syrupeux de levures et de céréales. Une bière qui a quand même beaucoup de profondeur malgré ses apparences communes. L’arrière-goût est celui de fruits blancs confits.
Elle est ronde en bouche, peut-être syrupeuse.
J’y reviendrai certainement!

Nov 10, 2007 Deep honey-yellow colour and white light head. Light malty aroma is slightly better than typical lager-aroma. Flavour is slightly sweet and there is medium hoppiness. Quite fresh and pleasant beer, but this is not luxurious at any sector.
