Floral with a hunch of grass. It has a nice smell of apricots. Goes with almost everything that is steaked or grilled. CanIHave4Beers (912), Des Moines, Iowa, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 22, 2009 Mine didn’t come in a can like over in that picture over there, it’d be pretty awesome if it did though! The beer poured a deep blonde with a good head and a huge effervescence. The aroma is spicy and salty and a little bit faint. The flavor has a good fruity quality with some peaches and pears with a dry chardonnay character and some good spicy hops. walrussell (121), , Illinois, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 13, 2009 I really like this beer a lot. It is like a lighter version of belgian styles. No bacteria funk like some other beers in this category. Nice subtle hoppiness - good level of sweetness (balancing, not overwhelming). Very carbonated, but it works. Some of that pruney belgian flavor, but less than most. Coats the mouth. I like this stuff, almost as much as the pepsi throwback I had earlier today. SaintMatty (1236), Tallinn, Estonia

More yeast and some sticky hops in the flavor. Also hints of honey and slighty bitter finish. McGarnigle (316), Rochester, New York, USA

Nice body moderate carbonation. Brewed in France, but I cannot help but think of it as a Belgian. Yeasty, earthy, dry. Really not that fruity to me. Some hop presence. Pretty easy to drink. Some lace left behind, with some retention. Nose of honey, grains, lemon, grassy hops. Tastes of sweet grains, honey, floral hops, grass, straw. Quite the sharp hop profile towards the finish, prickly carbonation. Good.
