Commercial Description:
K, the cider in that distinctive black bottle, is smooth, light clean - with just the right edge - that keeps ’em comin’ back. Hey these days we’re all looking for something different. Hand crafted in England with the light and refreshing taste of Somerset apples.

Bottle... Something a bit different for rating #1800... Clear, light yellow cider with no head. Smells a bit like champagne. Moderately sweet, mildly pungent and lightly dry. Overripe apples. Medium-bodied and fizzy. Lengthy, sweet-tart finish. It’s cider. Not really my thing, but pretty tasty.

Medium gold color, small white head. Aroma is a chemical-like apple paint mixture, flavor is not as bad, sharp and harsh sour apple candy flavor. Very harsh palate.

Deep golden color with lazy carbonation, this has a clean, crisp apple taste with a dry wine finish. I don’t know much about ciders, but this one tastes pretty good. And with a 6.9% abv, what’s not to like?

Quickly diminished white head atop a yellow liquid. Dried apples with a touch of honey in the aroma. Light Apple sweetness with a touch of acidity. Light and a touch fizzy in feel. Fairly dry finish.

Canary pour with little head. Aroma of granny smith apples, some malt, cinnamon. Tastes apply (red delicious and some granny smith) with a slight tart aftertaste. Very smooth, but not very full bodied. Not bad.

Carbonated, no head. Clear medium yellow. Trace aroma of apple, perfume. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Sampled alongside Dry Blackthorn and Etienne Dupont...the latter of which makes it hard to take this cider seriously.

Had no head to speak of; uh-oh, is this flat? Aroma sweet & pleasant but weak. Flavor--yeah its a bit flat, but the flavor though very sweet does have a nice crisp bite to it. Alcohol is also more pleasant (in a nice way) than in the Woodchuck products. All in all a pretty decent commercial sweet cider.

Slightly acidic, slightly cooked, apple aromas. Light amber color. It has some body. Mild carbonation. Slightly tart flavor of apple and appleskin. Finish is a bit puckery. Clean, leaving a pasteurized apple juice impression.
