cellar (327), Dublin, Ireland Jul 14, 2008 light gold and almost no head, notes rotten apples and glue, sweet and artificial flavour. Never again!! scotty (728), Scotland Feb 21, 2008 Can from Tesco, very poor example of a cider....ok, cyder! Little suggestion of apples in either the aroma or palate. Bought for cooking with, and its just about good enough for that. Harsh and slightly sweet. Enniskillen (1542), Port Angeles, Washington, USA Jun 26, 2007 Purchased in Cork City, IRE. Light gold, no head. Aroma is wheat, malt, apples, dust. Taste is a funky apple, malts, some mixed nuts, not very good. harrisoni (5109), Ashford, Kent, England Mar 15, 2007 440ml can from Sainsbury. Gold colour with thin white head. Thin cider apple aroma. Metallic, slightly farty. OK it has some apple juice, but it’s metallic and slightly artificial. Bit of sweetness before a bit of acid. Over carbonated and one of the worst ciders I’ve ever had. Hard to finish. In fact I didn’t finish it. Horrible. GarethYoung (1108), Glasgow, Scotland Nov 5, 2006 [Tap in Queen Margaret Union] Horrid fake apples + sugar in the aroma. Artificial carbonation, aggressive and tinny.
