Commercial Description:
This single orchard vintage cider is sourced from the Newtons Vale orchard at the foot of the Quantock hills in Somerset. An exquisite example of the cidermaker's art, the apples from Newtons Vale have been carefully blended to create a rich, mellow fruit taste.

Bright orange gold colour. Faint aroma with a hint of sourness that is not repeated in the taste, which is sweet and restrained. A slight dry aftertaste. Not too bad.

Clear pale orange with a sweet appley aroma, similar taste - pherhaps just a bit too sweet for me but nice and drinkable.

Bottle from Sainsburys 13-04-07. This cider poured a warm gold verging on orange colour. Taste was a touch on the sweeter side than I expected, some woody flavours, quite a soft character to it.

[Bag-in-box from Blackfriars] Aroma of ripe apples, oak, some house character. Smooth, drinkable palate with a dry tannic finish.

Aroma is apple juice with a little nutmeg spice. Taste is a little sweeter than i would want from a medium but very nice all the same, a litte spice in the finish, no trace of alcohol. No carbonation.
