Commercial Description:
This single orchard vintage cider is sourced from the Stonebrook orchard on the banks of the River Brue near Lydford in Somerset. An exquisite example of the cidermaker's art, the apples from Stonebrook have been carefully blended to create a subtle citrus flavour with a crisp finish.

Bottle rom sainsubries. Aroma is very apply, hints at ripe apples, spicey cinamin, a bit of nutmeg. Taste is similar, a good deal orf complex and overlty drinkable.

Bottle. Still looking pale cider with a thin apple aroma and a weak, watery apple juice flavour. Overall a weak cider that tastes more like a wine than a cider.

75cl bottle. Golden with some carbonation. Aromas are dry and woody with sharp lemon. Sulphites and artificial sweetener. Flavours are dry, earthy apple with some sweetness. Hints of lemon acidicy follow. Very dry and artificial towards the finish. Has a very dry aftertaste that verges on the unpleasnant. Not great.
