Commercial Description:
Our flagship pale is a classic British pale ale with a nod to the legendary beers of Burton-on-Trent. Copper-colored, dry, clean and crisp with lots of late hope taste in an appetizing complex with ale fruitiness from imported Hampshire yeast.
Ingredients: Two row English malt (pale, crystal and chocolate); Cascade, Mt Hood, Tettnang and Fuggle Hops.

Quickly dissipating small beige head atop a clear amber body. Aroma is sweet, caramel, butterscotch, some peach and faint earthy/floral. Taste is light sweet, pretty strong earthy, some caramel, light toffee. Medium body with moderate acidity.

Pours a transparent copper/amber color with a small 1.0 cm white head that vanishes fast. Aroma is malty with maybe a hint of hopes. Pine cented. Start is very carbonated, middle is hoppy, finish is bitter. Body is thin under the taste. Tastes good, but the mouth feel is way off.

Mellow sweet malty nose, apricots, peaches, very fruity. Bronze color. Hay, grainy, lightly hopped. A bit off at the end

Light orange-brown body with a medium white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy with a touch of orange. Flavor is malty up front with moderatley hoppy bitterness finishing it up. Run of the mill pale ale.

Light clear orange, good head. Aroma mostly of biscuity malt, but faint. Gentle hops and malts balance out. But I agree with Oakes, something may be up with the yeast, as there was a very faint funk going on here. Will re-rate in the future, as this used to be a favorite.

Very pretty, sparkling clear amber ale. Starts off with a really big, fizzy, off-white head. Ends up as a lasting, small, creamy head. The nose is malty with some very light chocolate and fruitcake notes. The flavor is well-balanced, but a touch odd. Not unpleasant, just odd... almost like formaldehyde. Well-bittered. Astringent. Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish. Decent ale. Definitely doubles as a preservative. Keep a bottle handy to pump into the veins of a deceased loved one.

Amber body, no head. Resiny aroma. Kinda weak flavor, some hops but not what I expected. Mild finish.

Small tan head, short lived, some lacing. Clear amber color. More malt than hops in the nose, slightly musty. Med/light body. Clean malt flavor, ok hop bitterness. Finish is dry, kinda blah.
