jason (1499), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 25, 2008 Draft. Deep golden copper body with thin head. Aroma is fruity and floral. Flavor is light fruit, bready, light spices. Quite refreshing and a very fresh clean taste to it. I’m not sure if the bottles would live up to the fresh beer I had on draft.
vyvvy (1689), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA Aug 14, 2008 Pours light golden with a frothy off-white head. The aroma has grainy lightly toasted malt, light butter (not offputting) and light spice - very clean. The body is very light and crisp with some sharpness and underlying sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with pale mildly toasted malt, mild spicy hops and a small amount of butteriness. A decent easy drinking beer. DeadGuyFrank (329), http://westchesterbeer.com, USA Aug 14, 2008 Cloudy and golden amber in s pint glass, really tasty, very enjoyable summer ale. OUt of the summer ales most breweries churn out, this is the strongest and most full bodied I have tasted this season. Highly recommended. JoeMcPhee (3692), Jackson Heights, New York, USA Aug 7, 2008 Deep cloudy orange colour with a creamy white head. Aroma is lighlty honeyish and quite sweet. Light crystal malt and an orange blossom honey sweetness. A touch of peachy fruitiness with some pear/apple as well. It’s way too sweet for me. I don’t think it’s underattenuated at all, it could just use more hoppiness. As it warms there are loads of off-flavour as well, musty and lightly sour. mcox90 (337), Wilton, New Hampshire, USA Jul 27, 2008 On tap at a little place in Rangeley, Maine. Pours a amber color with a small white head. Nose was floral hops & grains. Slight lemon background with a hop bite. Also, some grainy breadlike flavors. It was ok. A highly drinkable, session summer beer. Nihon (188), Vernon, Connecticut, USA Jul 15, 2008 Amber color, almost no head, little carbonation. Semi-sweet lightly hopped somewhat metallic aroma. Hints of fruit and metal, light hops. Light-medium bitterness.
