Chocolate and milky aroma. Medium mouthfeel and creamy texture. Flavor of unsweetened dark chocolate and mild roast coffee with a subtle tang. Just enough bitterness on the finish to balance this beer out. Reminds me of a coffee mocha shake. A very easy drinking stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA

It usally the last beer I have when I am finishing up my meal at the bar right at the Inn. A must try when you visit the General Laffatte INN. moejuck (1165), Ohio, USA

Tons of chocolate, wood, and some alcohol--smells like a barrel aged brew. Black body with a medium head. Full and creamy palate. The taste is just like the aroma which is great. A light bitter finish after all the chocolate and oak flavors is a nice suprise. Really great porter. spector (906), Lancaster, Ohio, USA
