Aroma is of roasted malt, chocolate and a slight earthy note. Taste is complex with a very nice mouthfeel, roasted malts come together with chocolate and some coffee and earthy notes going on in there also, the chocolate is center stage without going over the top. Nose: roasted malt, smoke, blue stone, the odd smell that exists in the north in the late evening when it is not quite snowing yet but It will be in a few hours. (Message me if you know about this!) Taste: metal, water, grapes, chocolate, meat smoke.
