Aug 18, 2008 (12oz bottle, thanks kmweaver) Small brown head atop brown-black body. Aroma is medium sweet, milk chocolate, some smoke, roast. Taste is medium sweet, milk chocolate, caramel, some molasses, smoke. Medium body, some syrup.

Dec 17, 2007 Pours an opaque black with dark brown edges and a thin, wispy-lacing light tan head. Aroma of roasted dark malts and some bittersweet dark chocolate and coffee complexity. Body starts with a somewhat thick, earthy dark caramel and chocolatey malty sweetness and good, rich bittersweet dark chocolate complexity. Very drinkable and enjoyable.
