Aug 22, 2007 Tap @ General Lafayette. Poured a slightly hazed light golden color. Mildly malty aroma. Fairly light. The flavor was light and malty as well. Cereal grainy notes on the finish. Light to medium bodied.

Feb 18, 2007 Sampler at the brewpub. Pours a lightly hazy golden with an average creamy white head that left some lacing. Aroma of light citrus, grainy and bready malts. Flavor of cereal grains, hints of citrus, bready with a light hop bitterness.

Feb 4, 2007 Draft at the brewpub, July 2006. A slightly hazy yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is malty with a light citrusy note. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of cardboard and a thin body.

Feb 3, 2007 On tap at brewpub, 2/1/07. Pours a slightly hazy gold body with a foamy white head. Some light lacing. Light aroma of fruity esters, light yeast, and pale malts. Flavor is pretty minimal, soft and fruity with some yeast and a light hint of bananas. Mouthfeel is very soft and light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, this was pretty decent for what it was, but it really didn’t fit the bill for a Kölsch. There was a pretty much complete lack of bitterness and the malt wasn’t especially clean.

Oct 13, 2006 Gold, thin white head. Light fruity nose with an underlying grassiness. Flavor is similar with touches of earth and citrus. Light bodied, soft carbonation, lightly bitter finish. This beer is what it is...a nice easy drinking session brew...

Dec 13, 2005 Lactic, grassy, grainy aroma. Clear golden coloured body with a low white head that recedes to ring. Grainy, lightly grassy hop flavour with mild bitterness. Somewhat lactic character. Medium light body with strong carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub with beerbuzzmontreal, MartinT, Rastacouere and Yowie.

Oct 14, 2005 Pours a clear golden color with a ring of white lace. Aroma of straw, fruits and malt. The flavor is the same, malt ,straw and fruit. The palate is light and creamy.
