Feb 4, 2007 Draft at the brewpub, July 2006. A slightly hazy yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is malty with a light citrusy note. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of cardboard and a thin body.

Sep 5, 2004 Updated: Jan 23, 2006On tap at the General Lafayette Inn. Poured a ligher and slightly hazy yellow with a small head. No real interesting aroma or tastes. Too light and thin for my tastes. AR 4 AP 3 FL 3 PA 2 OI 8
I got another sample of this to give it a better description. This time I was able to get some lemon citrus, a light grassiness, and some malts in it. Somewhat of a smooth body. I noted my original numbers and have since increased some of the ratings.

Jun 8, 2008 on tap-pours a thin white head and yellow color. Aroma is light malt, faint continental hops. Taste is light malt, faint continental hops, some fruit. Light body, quick finish but nice.

Oct 11, 2005 Clear pale golden, headless. Supremely fresh, grainy, floral, herbal nose comes slightly tart, delicately refreshing, with no off-flavors around the edges and a deft, graceful light body. Great Kolsch, quaffable and well crafted, just not very tasty in nature.

Oct 12, 2005 The Lure:
Milky straw evokes the Kölsch origins of this ale. Subtle fruitiness and minty sweetness for an obviously well-brewed house blond.
The Festivities:
A cushion-y mouthfeel offers beautiful pils malts and soft yeast brushes. Hoppiness is subdued, if not absent. The brewer’s abilities are definitely showcased in this one.
Transcendence:
Surgical precision is a beauty to behold.

Dec 6, 2004 On tap at GLI. Gold with aroma of hopcit. Tastes hopcity with some malt, and a smooth, crisp finish. Light to medium palate, with some finishing hops.

Dec 13, 2005 Lactic, grassy, grainy aroma. Clear golden coloured body with a low white head that recedes to ring. Grainy, lightly grassy hop flavour with mild bitterness. Somewhat lactic character. Medium light body with strong carbonation. Sampled on tap at the brewpub with beerbuzzmontreal, MartinT, Rastacouere and Yowie.
