Grab a cool retro 1970’s can, then board the soooooul train, the hippest trip in America! Thanks Cliff! yobdoog (1523), Woodridge NY, New York, USA

Initial malt sweetness aroma with some rice and bread. Taste is very mild caramel malts with very little bitterness. Also a slight tingle on the tongue. Not great but for what it is easy. Nice to see this local. cking (1041), North Canton, Ohio, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 8, 2008 Good twelve pack offering by Genessee, and the design on the can is really sweet. Overall the beer is tasty, simple but still tasty. Pours a clean amber color in the glass with a well sized light tan, lasting head and a large amount of lacing. Faint pale lager aroma mixed with some fresh sweet rolls. Drinkable with a light creaminess that is mildly filling and satisfying. Flavor is on the bland side, but it’s not offensive in the least. Lighter malts with a small taste of sweet caramel and bread. I will have no problem picking up more in the future. CROchamp (10), USA

The foam is not its strongest point (tends to overflow, and then quickly vanish), but other parameters are rather decent. I purchased it at the local store, revolted as my favorite was sold-out, and found it a decent substitute. A true bargain -especially considering the price.
