Smooth and nice, lightly hoppy and very good for beers whose popularity peaked in the era which this beer’s did. What more can I say, it’s in no way a great beer but it is very nice for a "sitting around watching Seinfeld" beer..... fyi I’m sitting around watching Seinfeld.

This is a beer with a great regional following. It was one of the first to use widemouth cans and is great for guzzling. It is only on tap at two or three bars in the world, one in Syracuse and a few in Rochester. The beer has a far different character from the tap where it becomes surprisingly complex. I’d compare it to Milwaukee’s or Bud overall except that it trounces all of those even out of a can. However, the bottle version is pretty useless.

This could be a lot worse. Not bad for a cheap beer, literally $3.99/ 6 pk. in my neck of the woods, would definitely drink over any other overpriced American macro.lager Pours a golden-amber color with a medium white head. Mostly a malty flavor and lightly textured. Again, not bad for a cheap beer, definitely you get your money’s worth for its taste.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a thick white head that diminishes rather quickly. The aroma is corn and hops. The taste is rather sour with a slight metallic finish. Not much going on with this one

Tastes very much like any number of Macro Lagers. Aroma is moderate grassy hops, corn, and a whiff of band-aid in the background. Head is frothy, white and quickly disappearing. There is a little bit of lacing, but not much. Color is a clear, full yellow. Flavor, well, it is pretty tasteless, but leaves a bit of saltiness on the tongue. Dry mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Not that great.

Looks just like a Cream Soda. Smells a bit sweet, not unlike a lager. Tastes pretty boring. a little "tinny". There’s not much too this, it’s drinkable if your thirty but don’t expect anything special.

My highest points came from appearance; creamy white head on crystal clear golden brew with pilsner effervescence. Smooth easy to drink but lacking in substance and flavor. Very inexpensive, a good choice when the beer money runs out.
