Nov 4, 2007 Bottle. Pours clear and sparkling dark yellow with a small, fizzy, white head, diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, hay), light hops (grass), average yeast (dough, sweat) with notes of butter and corn. Light bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation, and a metallic finish. Short duration, moderate sweetness, light acidity and bitterness; dry finish with moderate sweetness throughout.

Nov 3, 2007 Bottle. Strangely light aroma. A little malt and light floral? Gold color with a white head that left lace tatters. Thin to medium body with creamy carbonation. The flavor is pale malt, possibly honey, and floral hop. Other than appearance it is nothing like a lager. Finish is somewhat dry, but there’s not a large amount of bitter. Glad I tried it, but not longing for a repeat.

Oct 27, 2007 Pour is a golden with a large fluffy white head. Aroma is a bit metallic with a sweet corn in there. Flavor is a bit better with a nice lager malt and some honey. Still nothing great as this compares to any old lager you can find anywhere in the world. It was a whopping 92 cents a bottle.

Oct 26, 2007 A golden bodied beer with a small soapy head that makes a crackling noise as it dissipates. Plenty of carbonation. Aroma of adjuncts as is the flavor. Light bitterness. Not even close to a quality beer.

Oct 17, 2007 Bottle during a BJCP training session. Clear golden yellow body with a medium creamy white head. Sweet corny aroma with some light cooked corn. No hops. Sweet sugary corn flavor, with some faint hints of malt. Sweet finish from corn. Fairly high carbonation.

Oct 15, 2007 Very Frothy white thick head, quickly settles, decent beer if you are looking to drink one maybe two; this beer is a heavy beer since its cream ale, Don’t make the mistake i made by drinking 6 of these (it is a filler)
