This beer isn’t all that bad, not a go to kind of beer, but not bad. Although light, this beer has a bit going on. There is a light hop aroma and flavor with a hint of maltiness. The color of this beer is a little more golden that I had expected. mhot55 (99), USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Aug 10, 2007 hate to admit it, but not totally revolting. has at least some body to it, it’s even a little smooth. malt flavor is a litlle more pronounced than other swill. somewhat sweet, even starchy. good carbonation. it’s been years, i didn’t even know they came in bottles. only had ’em in green cans. the next morn, that greenish tinge showed in other places jetzler (622), oklahoma city, Oklahoma, USA

Cheaper and better than most swill. BigBen2120 (688), Derry, New Hampshire, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 7, 2007 12oz can from Joka’s in Waterville. Pours pale yellow with virtually no lasting head. Smells sweet more than anything else with hints of graininess and floral hops. Tastes sweet too, with something tasting like lactose dominating, with hints of adjunct and malt flavor, as well slight amounts of floral hops and grain bitterness on the finish. Thin to medium in body. Very drinkable. One sip definitely invites another. By no means the best beer in the world, nor the most complex, but a simple tasty beer. One of the best macro beers around, and a great value - 6.25$ per 12-pack! TrevorFloyd (309), Connecticut, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 4, 2007 Definitely a macro, with all of the accompanying flavors (or lack thereof), but it’s a cut above the rest while still being insanely cheap. When you’re poor and thirsty, you could do worse. AlKHall (161), West Hartford, Connecticut, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 30, 2007 Gold color with a smallish white head. Excellent clarity. Aroma is earthy German hops and gentle malt. Initial taste is biscuty, caramelly malt followed by some earthy hops. The finish is crisp and refreshing. Easy to drink and probably agreeable for the BMC type who don’t mind an american wheat beer at the brewpub.
