| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 14, 2004 Appearance is rather macro swillish - medium golden with an egg white head that rapidly dissipates. Aroma is likewise with the exception of a faint cream aroma. Flavor is creamy with some light hoppiness. Better than BMC crap, but thats about all. jgentgesdo (564), Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 13, 2004 Pale golden color, slightly malty aroma. Reasonable head that fades into lace rapidly. Light on the palate with some hops and malt predominating. Overall refreshing compared to American macros. pkbites (333), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

This is beer-flavored soda pop. Nothing more, nothing less. Bubbly water with a dash of alcohol added. BFD! VTHopHead (920), Barre, Vermont, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | May 30, 2004 Another old time favorite; before I dicovered "real" beer. Not sure where the "cream" comes from since it has a fairly light palate. Some hoppiness, but it can be mistaken for "skunkiness" if not careful. Glad I only bought a six-pack and I am not sure I will make it through all of those. iratherbe (255), Marlton, New Jersey, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | May 23, 2004 Ah ... at one time my old high school sweet heart. What happened? Like most I moved on. Can’t really call it creamy and not much of an ale. Give it a nod over Miller and Bud and hey, a 30 pack when you’re short on change! PBOYNY (316), Westchester, New York, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 13, 2004 Where the Hollande 1620 I had just prior to this was surprisingly malty and had a bit going for it, this is paler than the pale lager, the head more fleeting and the flavor weaker. There’s no hop presence in the nose or flavor, skunked or not, and the malt only shows up early on as a dry paper-like flavor. Not exciting at all, but then again, there’s nothing offensive about it either. ElGaucho (1730), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 10, 2004 Updated: Apr 6, 20074/6/07: Ok, so I lied. I did do it again. Gift from the father-in-law whose boss’ brother-in-law is the High Falls brewmaster. Must be Dave Schlosser. It appears this brew has improved in the last 3 years. Has a malty sweet aroma that promises flavor and some alcohol. Slightly hazy, light gold body with a thin, white head. Has a carbonated spritz to the mouthfeel. Nice flavor with good moderate sweetness. Six points higher this time around, so perhaps Schlosser has tinkered with the recipe. Perhaps time to re-evaluate High Falls Brewing. 5/10/04: Fresh, clear, Euro-lager aroma. Clear, gold body with some visible carbonation and lace. White head. Bold lager flavor although slightly astringent. Some off notes. About what I expected. Not bad, but wont do again. Ar 6, Ap 3, Fl 3, Pal 3, Ov 9
