Jan 10, 2009 Pours mahogany with a thin off white head. Smells of sweet malt, some caramel, some spicy hints. Tastes sweet and earthy with some tea hints on the finish.

Dec 22, 2008 Amber in color with a white head. Light, slightly sweet aroma. Taste is same, with caramel components. Not bad for robot produced industrial beer.

Jul 7, 2007 12oz can-pours a white head and gold with orange color. Aroma is medium/light malt, cream ale. Taste is medium/light malt, cream ale, faint hops. OK/mild carbonation. 3.0 For $11 for 30pk could be 3.2, therefore 3.1

Jan 24, 2007 College beer that fits the workingman’s budget. It’s a great value, but it’s far too sweet for me now. It’s a fridge filler for sure. I’ll pick the Cream Ale first.

Sep 27, 2006 Only found this in 30-pack cans, but had to try it once. Pours a nice amber color with a decent, creamy head. Faint, mildly corny/sweet aroma. Nice lightly malted, roasted/caramel flavor. Suprisingly good for a cheap macro American lager. Highly favorable in comparison to Bud/MGD/Busch/PBR/Coors/etc.
This might just be my new stock beer, but only since I can’t get Yuengling in Akron without driving across the OH/PA line.

May 30, 2006 Can. Pours light amber with a white head. Aroma of sweet caramel malts, corn, and grain. Flavor is smooth, sweet, slight caramel, corn, and grain. Nothing great, but not horrible.

Feb 26, 2006 Amber colored with an off white head. Aroma is pretty close to your typical macro (some sweet corn notes), but with a touch of caramel. Flavor is corn and very light hops, with some additional sweet caramel notes. Very drinkable and dirt cheap to boot.

Jan 15, 2006 Updated: Dec 28, 200612 oz. can. Pours a medium red with a whitish head. Slight aroma of caramel. Flavor is corn, some mild caramel sweetness, and mild hops. Not bad and a very good value for the money.
