Sep 5, 2008 One of the 4 Genesis Beer. A rather new Microbrewer. Their Weiss Beer. Typical hazy golde ncoloar with big foamy head. Banana is the dominant flavor with some typical yeasty notes, wheat. Not bad but lacks of originality and is a bit watery.

Hazy gold.
Soft wheat malt. Banana. Lots of banana. A little citrus, but not enough to balance it at all. I would want a slice of lemon in this.

Jun 4, 2007 Bottle, poured a hazy dark gold with a bubbly white head. A wheaty aroma, but pretty weak. A sweet but smooth palate, quite light flavours, some yeastiness and a little citrus. Some zest in the finish. Unoffensive but nothing special.
