Typical light beer...watery, bland tasting. For the money, go for Genny Cream Ale.

Surprisingly similar to the regular Genesee lager. It's almost if they took regular Genny and just added more water. Even though it tries to remain close to Genny, it still is a below average light beer.

i was surprised how full bodied this was for a light..i grew up in rochester and never drank this..how sad..or maybe not..lots of flavor for a light..the flavor is somewhat cheap beer swillish but not as offensive as some..whatevs..drinkin genny light at the roch. ball game..where am i again.

Could be worse, or maybe going to college only a few miles from High Falls Brewery, I have consumed so much Genny light that it is merely a fact of life and I have resigned to my fate to drink bad beer. At least it is light and resembles a good mass produced beer (which aren't good) in taste enough to be bearable.

I love how the commercials for this beer say it is a "real beer" & "full of flavor". It has a disgustingly very pale yellow body topped by a thin white head with little lace. Ummmmm....THERE IS NO AROMA! Not much flavor here either! COME ON MAKE BEER ALREADY! What flavor I could taste was slightly sweet with sour notes. Very, Very light bodied, watery and smooth.

I love this beer, it has a light taste. Some people may not appreciate it, because its cheap...but it goes down easy and doesn't have a bitter after taste. Different beers for different occassions.

Definately a cringe beer. I don't think anyone would drink this if it weren't advertised so much, but hey, that's why it's advertised isn't it? In one radio spot a guy actually says "Genny Light's a great beer." Please.

This is the only beer to make me cringe upon drinking it. The taste, wait, what taste is very minimal, and the adjuncts come through to present a horrible smell and aftertaste. This may be the worst beer I have ever tried...along with the Milwaukee's Best line.
