Bottle from local supermarket. Pours red with a light head. Head dissipated quickly. Very little aroma. Initial impression has a very woody taste. Follows light and easy to drink. Slightly bitter finish. Overall, it’s an OK beer, but nothing great and nothing I ever want to drink a lot of. The initial hit of the woody flavor and awkward bitterness turns me off every time.

Pours a reddish amber color with a decent head. Not a bad beer, but not a great one either. Had it in the bottle and on tap, not much difference between the two. I’d still drink it over a Bud or Miller.

Bottle from TGIF’s in Vacaville, CA. Poured an amber color with little to no head. Tasted of carmel flavor with a little bit of spice. Easy on the palate and very drinkable. One of the better macrobrews.

Reddish amber color with a thin tan head. This had a sweet caramel taste with some nutty flavor in the background. Very drinkable beer.

Bottle. Pours nice mahogany red with medium cream head. Aromas of yeast, bread, caramel. Sweet flavor, with hints of fresh bread and caramel, and a little short-lived chemical-ish bitterness at the end. Lingering finish of bread. A satisfying beverage.

Thin and watery. Some light sweetness with very little hop presence. Kind of a funky vegetable peel type aftertaste. Okay to watch football with if you cannot find anything else.

Pours a coppery amber color with very little head. Tastes subtly of malts, caramel, and spices with a little bitterness making it very drinkable. Not a bad beer for a macro brew.

(Bottle).Slightly spicy aroma. Reddish amber with off-white head. Malty taste, that flows rather nicely into a weird lingering finish.
